The Lebanese Bakery came to LXA to project manage their second UK site after great success with their Covent Garden restaurant, an outpost in one of London’s most prestigious department stores. The brand gained success from its sister bakeries in Cairo, Riyadh, and Beirut, before opening their restaurant in Harrods.
