LXA offered their Project Management and Cost Consultancy services alongside our sister company LXA Hospitality for the delivery of the 5,000 sg/ft multifunctional retail, brand experience and collaborative space. The venue not only presents a stunning showroom but offers clients a chance to test out their speaker of choice in the elegant living room for a surround sound system experience, to give a true feel of how the speakers would perform at home. The journey continues over two floors, featuring a cinema inspired space for immersive events, the KEFE for guests to enjoy a coffee while they listen to music sessions in a collaborative workshop setting and a soundproof studio for podcast recordings.
