For this major restoration and refurbishment of a Grade I listed building for Dukes Education, we acted as project managers, quantity surveyors, contract administrators, interior designers and principal designers. This historic space was converted into a modern independent secondary school for 450 pupils, with the top two floors serving as classrooms and music rooms, and the first floor as assembly halls, meeting rooms and the headmaster’s office. In the ground floor and basement, we created well-equipped spaces for art, drama and science, as well as installing a contemporary refectory.
